About the role

You'll do the daily hands-on work of the ranch: feeding and watering cattle and other stock, checking herds for illness or injury, moving animals between pastures, and helping with calving, branding, and weaning. You'll clean pens and barns, mend fences, operate tractors and feed equipment, and pitch in on haying and general yard work. Days start early and follow the animals' needs, not the clock.

What you will bring

You bring a solid work ethic, comfort around large animals, and willingness to work outdoors in every season. Ranch or farm experience helps but isn't required; we'll train someone dependable who shows up early and handles animals calmly.
